SomaDerm is applied to the skin morning and evening on a five-days-on, two-days-off schedule, while SomaStem is taken once a day, so the two fit side by side in a simple daily routine aimed at recovery, renewal, and healthy aging.*

How to Use
SomaStem: Take one sachet a day straight from the pouch, in the morning or with your first meal. Consistent daily use matters most.
SomaDerm:
- Apply two pumps in the morning and two in the evening.
- Use five days on, two days off (Monday–Friday use, weekend rest is suggested).
- Apply to thin-skinned areas where veins are visible, such as the underarms, forearms, wrists, or behind the knees. Rub in for at least 2 minutes or until fully absorbed.
- Rotate application sites regularly.
Tip: apply after a warm shower.
