Where to Buy SomaDerm® Gel

SomaDerm® is sold by New U Life through its independent distributors. Each distributor has a New U Life store link. When you order through it, New U Life processes your order, ships it, and handles customer service.

How ordering works

  1. Open the store link above and choose SomaDerm®.
  2. Pick Subscribe & Save or One Time (see prices).
  3. Check out on New U Life’s site. New U Life shows the shipping rates at checkout.

Shipping (New U Life policy)

  • Orders take 1–2 business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email.
  • Estimated US delivery is 2–5 business days. New U Life uses USPS for shipments under 1 lb and to P.O. boxes, and FedEx for shipments over 1 lb.
  • New U Life ships within the US and to select international markets.
  • You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
  • New U Life can’t change an order after it has shipped.

Returns

New U Life’s customer retail return policy says:

  • Return or refund requests must be made within 60 calendar days of purchase. Contact New U Life at [email protected] or (925) 274-5000.
  • Report lost orders and missing or damaged products within 30 calendar days of purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. A 25% restocking fee applies to orders of two or more bottles.
  • Unused bottles with the plastic seal unbroken can be mailed back with your packing slip or return order form. If the seal has been broken, contact New U Life before returning it.
  • Your package must include a completed return form with order numbers and your customer ID.
  • New U Life is not responsible for refunding purchases made through third-party vendors.
  • After New U Life receives a return, it may take up to 3 business days to issue the refund. It may then take up to 10 business days to appear on your card or bank account.
  • Don’t refuse delivery of a package. Refusing it can cause delays, and it also cancels your autoship profile as part of the return process.

Cancelling autoship

New U Life says to cancel a membership or an order by filling out its cancellation form. Auto-ships are canceled within 5 business days of receiving the completed form. Auto-ships that have already been fulfilled can’t be stopped, and the full process can take up to 30 days.
