How to Use
Take 1–2 capsules every 12 hours after meals, ideally one dose after breakfast and one after dinner. For everyday use, New U Life suggests 2 capsules a day after a meal; when you want extra support, 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening after full meals. Not recommended for anyone under 18. If you take medication, check with your healthcare provider first.
Storage: keep in a cool, dry place such as a cabinet or pantry.
Ingredients
